- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took an adult driving class, paid for the class. After the instructor insisted on selecting my choices on paperwork to help the process, my certificate was denied by the BMV Due to him selecting the wrong box. When I called to tell them what the BMV suggested I have them do, was literally yelled at by the instructor to "shut up" and "stop talking" I was crying at this point at how rude he was being to me, then was told that he couldn't do what the BMV said, that he would have to refile for a certificate, and that I would have to pay another fee to get another copy of the certificate. And that I would have to come to a different office further away to pick it up. I have been a AAA member since I was 19. My parents have been members for over 25 years. I've never been so disrespected by a professional in my life. I would not recommend them, for any use.September 16, 2017by Jennifer Davenport
